    Glamping FAQs

What's the difference between glamping and regular camping?

Glamping combines the outdoor experience with comfortable amenities. Our tents feature real beds with quality linens, air conditioning, electricity, and more — no sleeping bags or roughing it required!

What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-in is at 3 PM and check-out is at 11 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability.

    Are bathrooms inside the tents?

Tents do not have private bathrooms. We have clean, well-maintained bathhouses located a short walk from all glamping sites with showers, restrooms, and sinks.

Can I cook in the tent?

Cooking inside tents is not permitted for safety reasons. However, you can bring a portable grill for outdoor cooking, and we have charcoal grills available. Many guests bring coolers with prepared foods and snacks.

    Is glamping available year-round?

Yes! Our tents are equipped with both AC and heating, making them comfortable in Texas summers and mild winters. The river is beautiful in every season.

Can I add tubing to my glamping stay?

Absolutely! Tubing is available for $29.99 per person and is one of the most popular add-ons for glamping guests. Float the river during the day and relax by the fire at night.

    Are pets allowed?

No, we love pets but unfortunately our insurance does not allow them on the property.

    What happens if it rains?

Our tents are waterproof and sturdy — light rain won't dampen your experience! For severe weather, we'll work with you on rescheduling. Check our cancellation policy for details.

"We wanted a camping experience with just a little glam — and that's exactly what we got."

I decided to step out of my comfort zone and book an overnight stay in one of their glamping tents for my family of 4. From booking to checking out, the experience was amazing. The drive there provided incredible scenery. Upon my arrival I was greeted by a very kind and polite young lady who made herself available and even checked on us while at the river. The tents have AC, a fan, two queens and a twin — comfortable and cool once the sun went down. At night, we were surrounded by the sounds of nature and the glow of fire flies. It was perfect! I can't wait to explore the other locations.

"The tents were spacious and the AC worked well. The location was great."

Exactly what I would expect for a glamping experience. Remember, this is not a hotel — you are still camping — but the tents were spacious and the AC worked well. The location was great! We met the property manager Kat and she took very good care of us and the property. It was a very busy weekend over Labor Day, but everything seemed to flow smoothly. This place is lucky to have Kat as its manager!
